GDH is seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Techno/Functional Specialist to provide technical support and maintenance for Oracle E-Business Suite modules. The role involves collaborating with business users to implement customizations, support upgrades, and ensure optimal system functionality.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and support Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules, including HR, Payroll, OTL, OAB, and Absence Management
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements, translating them into clear specifications
Execute change management tasks in compliance with SOX controls and project delivery standards
Support system upgrades, particularly the Oracle R12.2.15 upgrade project
Utilize industry-standard project management practices to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design, testing, and user documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle applications and development tools
Conduct testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure system integrity
Participate in team meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
Stay updated on Oracle HCM best practices, industry trends, and available tools to enhance system functionality

Required

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited 4-year university or 15+ years of relevant industry or technical experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules such as HR, Payroll, OTL, OAB, and Workflow
At least 3 years of experience working with Oracle Learning Management (OLM) and Compensation Workbench (CWB)
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle development tools including Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Web-ADI, Workflow, and SQL Loader
Proficiency in Toad, SQL•Plus, and UNIX environment
Extensive experience with Payroll, OAB, and OTL Fast Formulas for at least 5 years
Strong understanding of OTL time entry rules, with a minimum of 3 years' experience
Demonstrated experience with Oracle R12.2 platform and system upgrades
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Willing to work onsite at the corporate office in Houston, TX
