Assist with a busy IP litigation docket
Work on both plaintiffs’ and defense matters
Engage in business development and pro bono work
Communicate effectively with the attorney running the cases
Understand and execute necessary tasks with good judgment
Be involved in all aspects from client pitches to claim charts to hearings to trial
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in patent litigation
USPTO bar eligible or qualified
Comfort/familiarity with software
Preferred
Experience with the lifecycle of a case (at least up to trial)
Hands-on experience on cases that are going to trial
