Antunes is seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join their organization. In this role, you will learn various aspects of Procurement and Logistics by supporting production and new product development projects within the Supply Chain Team.

Responsibilities

Provide day to day support of raw goods and materials to meet production schedules at the lowest cost using the MRP system

Conduct RFQ’s and analyze bids for best cost

Work with internal teams to develop new products, providing support in cost analysis, purchasing and BOM structure

Learn about Inventory Control and Logistics processes

Partners with other department Team Members to support and complete various responsibilities, projects and or tasks as necessary

Qualification

Supply Chain knowledgeMicrosoft Office SuiteCommunication skillsDetail orientedSelf-starter

Required

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Must be 18 years of age

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail oriented self-starter and comfortable taking initiative, as well as capable of producing high quality results on a sustainable basis

Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program with Supply Chain or similar discipline

Preferred

High school interns will be considered based on relevant skills and interests
