Lead all estimating efforts for commercial construction projects from concept through final bid
Develop accurate, detailed cost estimates using takeoff and estimating software
Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to identify risks and opportunities
Coordinate with project management, operations, and subcontractors during preconstruction
Establish and maintain estimating standards, procedures, and historical cost data
Evaluate subcontractor bids, level scopes, and ensure complete coverage
Support budgeting, value engineering, and pricing strategy decisions
Mentor and manage estimating staff as needed
