Responsibilities

Serve as a technical consultant for client projects and escalated issues across diverse environments

Travel to client sites throughout the DC Metro area to deliver hands-on project work and advanced support

Design, implement, and troubleshoot infrastructure solutions (servers, virtualization, cloud, networking, security)

Diagnose and resolve complex, multi-layered IT issues across platforms

Collaborate with internal teams to improve systems, processes, and client outcomes

Proactively monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities

Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to continually raise the bar
