Revelation Pharma is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, and they are seeking a Client Services Clerk to assist patients in the pharmacy. The role involves effective communication with patients and team members, as well as performing various clerical and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

Obtain payment and shipping information
Back up retail pharmacy and mail department as needed
Prepare daily register reconciliations
Perform retail inventory functions including monitor inventory levels, purchasing, and receiving
Answer telephone calls with a sense of courtesy and follow-through; route calls accordingly
Make outbound calls to patients and doctor offices regarding orders
File, retrieve, and organize records
Other duties, responsibilities and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary
