Responsibilities

Lead hypercare initiatives post-Go-Live

Serve as an escalation point for complex support issues

Provide technical leadership to consultants 1 and 2

Identify process improvements and guide system enhancements

Engage with client leadership and technical teams to ensure long-term success

Contribute to documentation and knowledge base development

Qualification

SAP EWMSAP logistics modulesSDLCLeadership experienceCommunication skillsStrategic thinkingMentoring experience

Required

8+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience (configuration + troubleshooting)

Deep knowledge of SAP logistics modules and SDLC

Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience

Strategic thinking with strong execution skills

Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences

U.S. Citizenship (required to obtain clearance)
