C5MI is seeking a Senior SAP EWM Consultant to lead critical post-Go-Live support efforts and mentor junior team members. This role requires expertise in SAP EWM and involves driving continuous improvements in system stability and client engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead hypercare initiatives post-Go-Live

Serve as an escalation point for complex support issues

Provide technical leadership to consultants 1 and 2

Identify process improvements and guide system enhancements

Engage with client leadership and technical teams to ensure long-term success

Contribute to documentation and knowledge base development

Must be able to travel 25%

Required

8+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience (configuration + troubleshooting)

Deep knowledge of SAP logistics modules and SDLC

Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience

Strategic thinking with strong execution skills

Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences

U.S. Citizenship (required to obtain clearance)
