Senior Vice President Finance
Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close across all global entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
Own group consolidation and external reporting under US GAAP
Provide executive oversight of core accounting functions including GL, AP, AR and payroll
Establish and continuously enhance internal controls, policies, and financial governance across the group
Serve as the senior technical accounting authority for complex transactions and judgments
Own group-level budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance reporting
Deliver insightful variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and scenario modelling to support executive decision-making
Partner with operations and commercial leaders on margin management, cost optimization, pricing, and capital allocation
Support M&A activity including financial diligence, integration, and post-acquisition performance tracking
Lead the global external audit and quarterly review process, acting as the primary interface with Big 4 auditors
Work closely with the Audit Chair on accounting judgments, controls, and audit outcomes
Prepare and present financial materials to the Board and Audit Committee, clearly articulating performance, risks, and opportunities
Ensure compliance with lender, regulatory, and private equity reporting requirements
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed finance team
Drive finance transformation initiatives including systems, automation, and process standardization
Act as a strategic thought partner to the CFO, constructively challenging assumptions and raising the bar on financial discipline
Qualification
Required
Senior finance leadership experience in a private-equity backed environment, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG
Proven ownership of both controllership and FP&A at group level
Demonstrated experience presenting to Boards and working with Audit Committees
Significant international experience across multi-entity, multi-currency environments
Background in Big 4 or top-tier public accounting strongly preferred
Deep expertise in US GAAP with the ability to balance technical rigor and commercial pragmatism
Executive presence and credibility with Boards, investors, and senior stakeholders
Strong people leader with experience scaling and developing teams
Highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
High integrity, resilience, and ownership mindset
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA required
