Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain item and vendor data across ERP and PIM systems, including attributes, pricing, promotional details, images, and compliance information
Coordinate workflow between Category Managers, Merchants, and the PIM and Vendor Data team to ensure timely and accurate updates
Support pricing and promotional setup, including cost changes, retail updates, MAP adjustments, and promotional pricing
Maintain item lifecycle updates such as new item setup, assortment changes, replacements, and discontinuations
Review and report on item, vendor, and category performance to support assortment decisions
Communicate regularly with vendors to gather product assets, specifications, and required documentation
Partner with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Data teams to resolve item or pricing issues

Required

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines accurately
Comfort working in Excel and spreadsheet-based workflows, with willingness to learn additional systems
Professional communication skills and comfort working with both internal teams and external vendors
Attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, accurate data
Curiosity and interest in learning products, systems, and merchandising processes
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Preferred

Experience in merchandising, retail operations, pricing, product data, or vendor coordination is helpful but not required for candidates who demonstrate strong learning agility and accuracy
