2027 Guggenheim Securities Investment Banking Summer Analyst – New York Structured Products Origination
Guggenheim Securities is the Investment Banking division of Guggenheim Partners, seeking a Summer Analyst to join its Structured Products Origination team. The role involves supporting securitization transactions, preparing marketing materials, and conducting market research across various asset classes.

Responsibilities
Support deal team in all aspects of securitization transactions across a variety of asset classes
Help prepare marketing presentations, term sheets and rating agency materials
Develop securitization cash flow models and perform portfolio and historical data analysis for various types of assets
Conduct market research and industry review projects for new asset classes
Develop and maintain databases and automated tools used by the team to track information such as transaction pricings, investor participation, etc
Qualification
Required
Must be on track to receive a Bachelors, Masters or equivalent degree in December 2027 or Spring 2028
Preferred
Strong quantitative skills required
Familiarity with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint required; previous experience with VBA within MS Excel or other coding/scripting experience a plus
Detail-oriented, organized, with initiative and ability to multitask and work as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm
