Responsibilities
Reviewing legal documents for service, including summons, subpoenas, and notices
Coordinating daily service assignments with process servers and internal teams
Tracking service attempts and updates accurately in our systems
Ensuring compliance with California Code of Civil Procedure and local court rules
Communicating professionally with clients, law firms, affiliates, and internal departments
Supporting department priorities and related operational needs as required
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in service of process or a related litigation support role
Solid working knowledge of California service laws and requirements
Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Clear written and verbal communication
Comfortable working in databases, tracking systems, and document workflows
Professional, dependable team player
Must be able to work on-site in our Los Angeles office
