Responsibilities
Handle all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, motions, and other litigation documents
Manage depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
Work directly with clients, providing strategic guidance and case updates
Collaborate with partners and support staff to ensure timely and accurate case management
Evaluate case strengths, risks, and settlement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active bar license in Georgia (in good standing)
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and client‑service orientation
Preferred
2-5+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
