Responsibilities
Supervise and support BIM modelers and electrical specialists
Act as the on-site BIM lead, coordinating between the jobsite, ENG’s remote production team, and other trades
Maintain constant alignment with the client, project managers, and other disciplines
Guarantee model accuracy, constructability, and timely delivery
Mentor team members and provide guidance on standards and best practices
Review electrical models and drawings for compliance with project and quality standards before submission
Represent ENG’s BIM expertise in coordination meetings, promoting proactive problem-solving and clear communication
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or Technical Training in Electrical or Civil Engineering
5+ years of experience using Revit and Navisworks for Electrical coordination
Proven experience leading BIM teams and technical coordination for large projects
Strong client-facing communication and organizational skills
Experience with U.S. projects, codes, and construction standards
Proficiency in LOD 400/500 deliverables, prefabrication, kitting, and spooling workflows
