Mortgage Sales Recruiter
Confidential is a rapidly-growing national mortgage banker seeking a driven and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter to enhance their sales team. The role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-performing mortgage professionals while promoting the company's culture and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan to attract experienced mortgage loan officers
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, cold calling (list of candidates provided), job boards, social media, referrals, and industry events
Conduct initial outreach, screening, and interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications
Promote the company’s culture, compensation structure, technology, and growth opportunities to potential candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring goals
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing through onboarding
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activity and results
Maintain a deep understanding of the mortgage industry, market trends, and competitor recruiting strategies
Represent the company professionally in all interactions with prospective candidates and industry professionals
Qualification
Required
3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for mortgage industry or financial services recruiting
Proven track record of successfully hiring mortgage loan officers or similar sales professionals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and recruitment tools
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles at once
Knowledge of mortgage lending, compliance, secondary, and licensing requirements is a plus
Preferred
Established network within the mortgage and real estate lending community
Experience working in a high-growth or fast-paced recruiting environment
