Answer calls and respond to client support requests

Escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate teams
Keep clients and management updated on open requests
Create and update basic help guides and documentation
Process device orders through vendor systems
Work with other teams to ensure a positive client experience
Provide support during flexible hours as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of related IT or technical experience
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Customer or technical support experience
Healthcare or health technology experience
