Responsibilities
Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business strategy and technical standards
Lead the re-architecture of existing implementations into scalable, future-ready platforms
Manage and optimize multi-org environments for seamless integration and data consistency
Implement Einstein and Agentforce capabilities to enable AI-driven case resolution, predictive analytics, and automated workflows
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and admins on architecture and reusable components
Stay current on Salesforce innovations and recommend adoption paths for new features
Oversee platform governance, data modeling, performance optimization, and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture principles and system design
Experience managing multi-org environments and complex integrations, especially with AWS
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce development tools
Hands-on experience with Sales, Service, Data, Experience, and Platform Clouds
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Preferred
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or other relevant certifications
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
