Responsibilities

Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for Health Data Movers clients
Leverage technical knowledge to support customized system builds for clients, identifying and resolving issues as they arise
Provide guidance and mentorship to client project teams on build strategies and overall project approach
Monitor, assess, and document project risks and challenges
Evaluate and record workflow processes to support effective implementation
Collaborate closely with project leadership to support documentation efforts and facilitate communication
Engage directly with Epic users to observe workflows, offer documentation support, and recommend optimizations
Lead discussions and meetings focused on project progress and coordination of deliverables
Carry out additional tasks specific to each client’s needs, as outlined in their contract and scope of work
May represent the company at corporate events to strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, and Health Data Movers colleagues

Required

Current Epic certification in one or more applications (required)
3+ years of recent experience in a Healthcare IT setting (required)
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Highly organized, able to multi-task as well as maintain intense focus on individual tasks
Self-starter with ability to maintain schedule, meet deadlines, and monitor one's own work product
