Responsibilities

Develop test plans and requirements matrix

Designing test fixtures and equipment, and defining specifications and procedures for testing new products

Developing automated test software using LabVIEW/TestStand

Assemble, bring-up, and debug new electronic designs for test equipment

Documenting Test Procedures

Perform Verification and Validation activities, to include Gage R&R reports

Transition test solutions from a development to a sustaining production environment

Technically communicate well with internal and external customers and vendors

Required

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, IT, or Computer Science

0-5 years of functional test development experience

Familiar with standard electronic test and measurement equipment

Ability to read an electrical schematic

Experience using LabVIEW/TestStand, c++, or Python software development packages

Must be highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new technologies

Strong problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team

Comfortable with at-a-desk design, hands-on laboratory work, and interfacing with manufacturing

Ability to demonstrate relationship building skills and be comfortable interacting with technical professionals

Effective, concise and clear communication to management on status of projects

Collaborating in a team environment to develop new test solutions

You will be expected to support a product's Electro-Mechanical test design activity from requirements definition through implementation, validation, and production release

You will be expected to perform assigned duties with minimal supervision
