Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and improvement opportunities
Document functional requirements, process flows, and use cases for D365 Finance, SCM, or CE modules
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into system configurations and customizations
Support solution testing, user acceptance, and post-implementation reviews
Provide user training and ongoing support to drive system adoption
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with D365 F&O, CE, or AX background
Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service)
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Familiarity with D365 reporting tools, Power Platform, and integrations is an advantage
Preferred BA with D365 experience incase do not find then look for BA with strong CRM experience
