Responsibilities

Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service to internal and external members

Identify and offer products and services that will improve our member’s financial life

Maintain member confidentiality in all aspects of providing services to membership

Perform member maintenance as required

Communicate in a professionally and efficiently with all departments promoting synergy

Deliver professional and efficient loan services focusing on individual needs

Provide accurate and timely processing of loan applications in accordance with lending policies

Prepare loan documentation and close files electronically

Research and solve post funding issues

Prepare valuation collateral using the appropriate methods

Calculate income

Review stipulations for authenticity

Accountable for meeting production and sales goals

Crosstrain in HELOC processing

Analyze and problem solve

Represent the credit union with professionalism and courtesy in all interactions

Uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions and responsibilities

Represent and uphold the Achieva Brand Frame

Support leadership initiatives that position the credit union as a top employer

Maintain industry knowledge of Insert and participate in annual training or as required by BSA and the Privacy Act

Perform other essential functions as needed or assigned

Travel may be required on occasion

Work flexible hours including evenings, Saturdays or holidays as needed to meet member and business demands
