Active involvement in patent litigation matters across multiple forums
Exposure to sophisticated disputes involving a range of technologies
Direct collaboration with senior litigators and technical professionals
Meaningful responsibility appropriate to experience level
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience as a practicing associate
Prior experience specifically in Patent Litigation
Engineering or technical background (degree in engineering or related technical field)
Experience handling complex IP disputes
Preferred
Texas residency (remote or relocation options may be available)
Trial experience, including witness involvement
Experience taking depositions
