Responsibilities

Cultivate customer relationships to establish Raytheon as a trusted partner within NATO and the European Union
Engage high level foreign and USG officials to identify, qualify, cultivate, shape, and capture opportunities within the land and air defense portfolio of solutions
Identify capability/capacity gaps and requirements, subsequently developing creative, integrated solutions in partnership with Raytheon functional leads
Work closely with the LADS program and functional leads to manage New Business Investment (NBI), and capture the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) while shaping top-line pipeline growth for the future Long-Range Plan (LRP)
Support and coordinate the Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), proposal, Release, EX/IM, Engineering, and Capabilities Assessment teams
Work with in-country and regional teams, including Non-Employee Sales Representatives (NSRs), to develop and execute country-specific program and growth strategies
Collaborate with RTX Global Government Relations (GGR) at the Federal, State/Local on Public Policy in their advocation and development of new technologies and our solutions
International and domestic travel up to 30%

Required

Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 12 years' experience in capture management and /or business development or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience
Experience in customer facing activities such as business development, program management or experience within the Land and/or Air Domain, and/or Defense Acquisition
Experience working with cross functional teams such as Engineering, Global Trade, Contracts, Operations and Supply Chain, Legal and Global Government Relations
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Secret - Current

Preferred

Experience leading successful capture strategies with multiple teams and strong collaborative and team-building skills
Knowledge of the international defense acquisition process and timelines to include Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS)
Ability to operate independently with executive level communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of European defense acquisitions, policies and procedures or experience in Industrial Participation / International Offsets
