Manufacturing Quality Engineer

The Manufacturing Quality Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and improving manufacturing and quality processes, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Monitoring and improving manufacturing and quality processes
Conducting root cause analysis
Implementing corrective actions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Driving continuous improvement initiatives
Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders
Conducting inspections
Compiling detailed reports
Qualification
Required
Knowledge and experience in Manufacturing Processes, Lean Manufacturing, and Process Improvement
Expertise in Quality Assurance, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Action implementation
Proficiency in using Quality Management Systems (QMS) and familiarity with ISO standards
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, with strong attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is required, preferably within the aerospace, automotive, or a similar industry
Preferred
Knowledge of Six Sigma, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and statistical process control is a strong plus
