Responsibilities
Proactively target and develop a client portfolio through outbound calls, emails, and meetings
Build and maintain strong client and internal relationships
Manage charter bookings from initial inquiry through completion
Oversee flight departures and monitor charters (may include unsociable hours)
Travel onboard charter flights as required
Develop a strong understanding of aircraft types and the chartering process
Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and profitability
Prepare and deliver presentations with confidence
Collaborate effectively with team members while managing individual responsibilities
Deliver solutions-focused, high-quality service under pressure
