Responsibilities
Manage construction and restoration projects from start to finish
Create accurate and competitive estimates using industry-standard software
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, adjusters, and subcontractors
Actively seek out and bring in new work through networking and referrals
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Coordinate with internal teams and occasionally support other departments as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in project management and estimating (restoration or construction)
Strong understanding of estimating platforms (e.g., Xactimate)
Proven ability to bring in business and build client relationships
Solid organizational and leadership skills
Based in or willing to work across the greater Austin, TX area
Willingness to jump in and help out wherever needed
