Responsibilities
Lead rollout, integration, and user adoption of MarTech platforms, with a focus on Adobe Workfront and workflow automation
Build and manage a team of Workflow Managers supporting anthemic and deaveraged content streams
Automate intake, prioritization, approvals, and reporting processes using Workfront and AI/Agentic AI
Orchestrate dynamic workflows for both anthemic and deaveraged content, ensuring speed, transparency, and resource optimization
Drive process improvement across marketing, advancing an efficient marketing process that drives speed and scale for all workflows
Ensure operational effectiveness and scalability of marketing processes through technology and continuous improvement
Serve as a change leader, championing MarTech adoption and workflow innovation across the organization
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in marketing operations, workflow management, or related fields
Proven expertise in MarTech platforms, especially Adobe Workfront, and workflow automation
Experience leading teams and driving technology adoption in a marketing environment
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to deliver results through process and technology innovation
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
