Responsibilities

Research and analyze emerging technologies and trends in the future of work, including but not limited to AI, automation, collaboration platforms, and immersive technologies
Develop and communicate a clear technology vision and strategy aligned with the organization's goals
Lead the architectural design of technology solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices
Create architectural blueprints, diagrams, and documentation to guide development efforts
Champion a user-centered design approach, advocating for intuitive and engaging user experiences
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful project delivery
Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to validate new technologies and concepts
Maintain a strong understanding of relevant technologies, platforms, and frameworks
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams
Evaluate and select technology vendors, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the successful integration of third-party solutions
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Present architectural designs, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
8+ years of experience in technology roles, with a focus on architecture, design, and user experience
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex technology solutions
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Experience in the following areas: AI, automation, collaboration platforms, and immersive technologies

Preferred

Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF)
Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a strong problem-solving aptitude
