Define and Drive Product Strategy

Quickly understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation
Enhance Customer Experience
Lead initiatives to improve usability, navigation, and overall digital experience for end clients
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful features
Influence without relying on rigid processes—adapt to evolving workflows and priorities
Own the Product Lifecycle
Create user stories, prioritize backlog, and manage delivery in a non-traditional Agile environment
Ensure timely releases while maintaining high quality standards
Champion Innovation
Ask probing questions, challenge assumptions, and bring fresh ideas to the table
Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory requirements impacting asset management platforms
Qualification
Required
10+ Years of experience
7+ years in product management, with a strong focus on client-facing applications or websites
Proven track record of delivering enhancements that improve customer experience
Ability to synthesize complex data and market insights into actionable strategies
Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across teams
Comfortable working in an environment without well-established scrums or sprints
Familiarity with asset management, financial services, or fintech platforms
Understanding of UX principles and digital product best practices
Preferred
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and evolving environments
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals
