Responsibilities
Investigate and document current state for business processes and applications
Interview stakeholders and end users to identify needs
Document business requirements for IT projects
Create process and data flows
Act as liaison between development team and stakeholders
Assist Project Managers in development of project plans
Participate in testing/QA/UAT efforts
Communicate with company partners and vendors
Qualification
Required
Minimum three years leading projects
Experience in project management tools & methodology
High proficiency in Excel
BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Retail support experience
Experience in BA role supporting e-commerce applications
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Experience with POSTMAN and curl commands
Understanding of basic REST APIs
