Responsibilities
Define and maintain clear project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Assess, track, and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions)
Partner with technology and business leaders to manage project resources and budgets
Develop and maintain project schedules using appropriate tools and methodologies
Proactively identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks
Lead communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Create, manage, and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Capture, track, and drive completion of project action items
Communicate project status, changes, and risks to stakeholders at all levels
Support alignment of project resources with broader organizational priorities
Collaborate with peer project managers to ensure consistent communication, escalation, and delivery practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years of IT Project Management experience
Proven experience leading Microsoft Dynamics implementations, particularly within Marketing and Customer Insights Journey modules
Strong ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans
Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, including Azure DevOps (ADO)
Experience applying systems analysis techniques and partnering with end users to define functional requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, client-facing presence
Consulting experience is a strong plus
Demonstrated success driving projects forward, including recovery of at-risk initiatives
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Experience managing initiatives with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
Knowledge of data privacy and security standards, particularly in healthcare environments
Strong financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting
Proven ability to build trust, influence outcomes, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Preferred
PMP certification
Technical background, such as former software development experience
