Responsibilities

Experience implementing applications using Salesforce, SimpliGov, MS Dynamics, and/or ServiceNow

Strong knowledge of healthcare and managed care systems, particularly behavioral health, developmental disabilities, and substance use

Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code workflow automation platforms

Experience creating dashboards and reports

Experience with integration tools (e.g., Boomi) and data conversion

Proficiency with SharePoint (sites, libraries, lists, groups)

Ability to evaluate and modernize .NET applications (C#, VB.NET)

Experience migrating SAS/Access reports to Power BI

Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Synapse Analytics, and Blob Storage

System Administrator / Developer certifications preferred
