Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm based in Alabama. As a Trial Attorney, you will manage a high-volume caseload, engage with clients, conduct key litigation activities, and advocate in trials to secure favorable outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

Work on the team with Alexander Shunnarah, our CEO, and Mitri Shatara, our COO, and directly support some of the firm's biggest cases

Managing a High-Volume Caseload: You’ll oversee approximately 150 cases, with around 50 actively in litigation each month, guiding each from intake through settlement or jury verdict

Engaging with Clients: You’ll maintain proactive and transparent communication, ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process

Conducting Key Litigation Activities: You’ll conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop comprehensive case strategies

Advocating in Trials: You’ll serve as lead counsel in jury trials, advocating passionately to secure favorable outcomes for our clients

Qualification

Licensed to practice lawTrial advocacy experienceMoot court experienceMultiple state bar admissionsCommunication skills

Required

Licensed to practice law in Alabama

Active and in good standing with your local State Bar

Exceptional ability to articulate case strategies and engage effectively with clients and team members

Preferred

Trial advocacy and/or moot court experience strongly preferred

Multiple state bar admissions are preferred
