Security Lead
NeerInfo Solutions is seeking an experienced Workday Security Lead Consultant to join their Workday team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Workday security frameworks to ensure compliance, data integrity, and secure access across the organization.
Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Workday security roles, domains, and policies
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Collaborate with functional teams to define security requirements and access controls
Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues within Workday
Conduct regular audits and reviews of security configurations
Provide guidance and training on Workday security features and protocols
Hands-on experience with security configuration, domain policies, and user access management
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
Experience in Workday ERP Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in Implementation / Support projects related to Workday Application
Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered ERP processes, reports and analytics, suggest best practices. Proven experience as a Workday PRISM Consultant
Strong understanding of Workday reporting and analytics tools
Hands-on experience with Workday PRISM datasets and dashboards
Ability to analyze complex data and present insights effectively
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Configure and maintain Workday PRISM datasets, dashboards, and reports
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Workday PRISM
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday PRISM functionality
Provide guidance and best practices for Workday PRISM implementation and usage
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
Experience in ERP software development life cycle
Experience in Workday ERP Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in Implementation / Support projects related to Workday Applications

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Compensation functionality
Provide guidance and best practices for compensation processes in Workday
Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
Ability to analyze requirements and deliver functional solutions
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Partner with HR and business teams to gather requirements and implement recruiting solutions
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and organizational standards
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Recruiting functionality
Provide guidance and best practices for technical recruiting processes in Workday
Support testing, deployment and post-implementation activities
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Workday PRISM Certified. Workday HCM Functional and Technical Knowledge
Experience with Workday integrations and data sources
Knowledge of Workday security and compliance frameworks
Familiarity with advanced analytics or BI tools integrated with Workday
Workday Security Certified. Workday HCM Functional and Technical Knowledge
Experience with Workday integrations, reports and security impact analysis
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and data privacy regulations
Familiarity with Workday reporting and audit tools
Workday Compensation Certified. Workday HCM Functional Knowledge
Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation
Knowledge of Workday integrations and reporting related to compensation
Familiarity with global compensation structures and compliance requirements
Workday Recruitment certified
Workday HCM functional knowledge and Workday technical knowledge
Experience with Workday integrations related to recruiting
Knowledge of advanced recruiting analytics and reporting
