Read and interpret outputs generated from B2B SaaS platforms such as task managers, messaging tools, and CRMs
Analyze how SaaS-generated data can improve day-to-day workflows for employees and business owners
Generate high-quality prompts and corresponding “golden” responses based on SaaS ticket and message content
Draft clear evaluation rubrics and edge-case documentation
Ensure alignment and consistency across prompt guidelines and task outputs
Reference SaaS platform data accurately to complete assigned tasks
Maintain clarity, consistency, and accuracy across multiple writing assignments
Qualification
Required
Strong experience working with B2B SaaS tools such as task management platforms, messaging applications, or CRM systems
Familiarity with platforms like Linear, Jira, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, or similar tools
Experience creating prompts, training data, or instructional or technical content
Strong written communication skills and critical thinking ability
High attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines independently
Comfort working in a remote, asynchronous environment
