Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and critical path analysis
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, procurement) to ensure project milestones are met
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders
Manage project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
Utilize project management software to track and manage project activities
Manage the implementation of new automation technologies into the production process across LM-MFC sites
Coordinate/plan with vendors and suppliers related to equipment and software integrations
Collaborate with Strategic Planning and Capital Management teams to define project scope, associated spend plans, and target costs
Monitor IRAD and Capital projects expenditures, deliverables, and ensure adherence to budget constraints
Analyze project execution and spending trends and provide recommendations for recovery/optimization
Prepare project status reports and presentations for senior management

Required

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience managing the planning and execution of moderate to high complexity projects
Ability to oversee the planning and execution of IRAD projects, including capital projects
Collaboration with cross-functional staff to create proposals and schedules
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Approximately 20% travel may be required

Prior experience working in manufacturing settings where automation and robotics are utilized
Ability to develop and communicate larger automation strategy/projects across multiple product lines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated discipline in executing multi-functional projects with competing constraints
