Responsibilities

Own the business relationship with clients, building strong, multi-threaded partnerships across key stakeholders
Drive renewals and identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing accounts
Clearly communicate Reachdesk’s value proposition, platform capabilities, and competitive advantages in a way that resonates with client goals
Proactively uncover opportunities to deliver additional value, drive client satisfaction, and support business growth
Represent Reachdesk with confidence and professionalism in high-level discussions and contract negotiations with senior decision-makers

Required

5+ years of experience in account management, sales, and/or customer success, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth and/or retention goals
Ideal background in subscription-based SaaS, with experience in consultative, solution-oriented environments rather than transactional or volume-driven models
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow executive-level relationships across complex organizations—particularly within sales and marketing functions
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to lead strategic conversations grounded in insight and expertise
Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills, with the ability to clearly explain and simplify complex concepts
Highly self-motivated and organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment
