Staff Project Manager Engineer
WhiteCrow Research is a global talent research and sourcing specialist, and they are seeking a Staff Project Manager Engineer to lead multiple New Product Development projects. This role involves managing project execution, stakeholder communication, financial oversight, and driving continuous improvement across departments.

Responsibilities
Leading multiple medium- to high-complexity New Product Development projects with full end-to-end ownership
Demonstrating strong cross-functional leadership across global and multicultural teams
Promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace by recognizing and valuing individual differences and perspectives
Identifying stakeholder expectations and establishing effective communication cadences
Developing and executing the Project Communication Plan
Leading periodic management-level project reviews
Reporting project progress, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders
Managing project capital, expense, and resource expenditures to meet financial targets
Supporting economic analysis, including alternatives evaluation, variance analysis, and cost calculations
Tracking and reporting project progress and product costs
Developing detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budget forecasts
Executing integrated change management and control processes
Performing effective project risk management, including creation, monitoring, and mitigation of risks
Identifying, addressing, and resolving project issues and impediments proactively
Driving continuous improvement of existing project processes and implementation of new project components
Coordinating internal resources across departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, on cost, and on quality
Collaborating with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and brainstorming initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 12–15 years of professional experience
Master's degree in Engineering with 10–12 years of professional experience
5–6 years of project management experience in industrial product or hardware development environments
Proven experience managing distributed and multicultural teams
In-depth understanding of Toll Gate / Stage Gate product development processes
Strong experience in project management strategy and execution
Extensive experience in stakeholder and requirements management
Exposure to manufacturing processes such as molding, stamping, and plating
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to communicate globally at all organizational levels
Proven expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery
Strong leadership skills to drive collaboration, accountability, and results
Ability to develop and manage communication plans and responsibility (RACI) matrices
Proficiency in Microsoft Project
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with project ROI analysis (NPV, IRR, Payback Period)
Preferred
Exposure to regulatory approval processes (UL, CSA, CQC, VDE, etc.)
Experience in the terminal and connector industry
Exposure to Agile Project Management methodologies
PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
