Responsibilities
Lead the execution of leveraged finance transactions, including LBOs, refinancings, and acquisition financings
Manage deal processes end-to-end, coordinating with sponsors, internal product teams, and sector coverage
Oversee credit analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, and preparation of lender and rating agency materials
Support origination efforts, leveraging strong sponsor and corporate relationships
Mentor and manage junior team members
Qualification
Required
Experience in leveraged finance transactions, including LBOs, refinancings, and acquisition financings
Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial modelling, and due diligence
Ability to manage deal processes end-to-end
Experience coordinating with sponsors, internal product teams, and sector coverage
Strong sponsor and corporate relationships
Experience mentoring and managing junior team members
