Responsibilities
Act as a senior technical escalation resource for complex systems and network issues
Contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and best practices
Mentor junior engineers through guidance, review, and example
Design and implement solutions across servers, networking, security, wireless, and cloud
Engage directly with clients for discovery, assessments, and solution discussions
Produce accurate BOMs, SOWs, and technical proposals
Deploy and support Windows Server, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments
Maintain clear documentation in Autotask, IT Glue, and internal systems
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in systems administration, networking, or project engineering
Strong networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, routing, firewalling)
Advanced Windows Server, virtualization, and Microsoft 365 / Azure experience
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Be a U.S. Citizen and hold a valid driver's license with a clean record
Pass a MSHP/Federal fingerprint-based background check
Complete the CJIS Security & Privacy Training Certification
