Qualification
Required
Approximately 10 years of experience in personal injury law, preferably on the plaintiff's side
Candidates with insurance defense backgrounds will also be considered
Experience in labor law litigation is a plus
Strong legal writing and research skills
Interest or background in medical issues is advantageous
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar
