Responsibilities
Lead operations and continuous improvements on AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
Define best practices, governance, and technical direction for the clients website and related microsites
Partner with Adobe, internal engineering, and marketing teams to ensure smooth platform evolution
Drive front-end excellence while maintaining awareness of back-end integrations and scalability
Oversee component consolidation, framework modernization, and new feature development on AEM Cloud
Collaborate with vendor teams (17–18 members) and internal stakeholders to align priorities and execution
Qualification
Required
10+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams (no people management, but strong leadership presence)
Solid front-end skills (React, HTML, JS, CSS) and awareness of back-end (Java, APIs, AWS integration)
Strong communication and stakeholder management — able to translate tech decisions into business impact
Experience in Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and best practices for cloud-scale AEM operations
Enterprise-scale website experience a plus
