They are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of their communities, performing various tasks such as trash pickup and light maintenance.

Trashing out apartments and performing other necessary duties

Maintaining a clean, well-kept appearance of the community

Communicating and collaborating well with maintenance and leasing teams

This is a physically demanding role: This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while performing tasks, frequently lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds or more, using hand tools and operating equipment (including backpack blowers, power washers), operating golf carts/trailers, frequently bending and stooping for planting, weeding and maintenance of outdoor spaces, and working in conditions with loud noise levels at times. This position also requires working outdoors year-round in potentially inclement weather conditions (i.e. heat, cold, rain, humidity).
