Responsibilities
Partner with cross‑functional teams to design, train, and deploy AI and machine learning models that solve real‑world challenges
Utilize cutting‑edge technologies such as Python, AWS, Spark, H2O, and other open‑source tools to extract insights from large, complex datasets
Contribute across the full lifecycle of machine learning development—from concept and design to validation and implementation
Communicate technical findings in a clear, impactful way to support business initiatives and decision‑making
Stay current with emerging AI and data science research, tools, and frameworks, continuously applying innovative ideas to improve performance and scalability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a quantitative or STEM‑related field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
3–5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, machine learning, or AI engineering
Experience developing cloud‑based AI solutions, ideally on AWS or other major platforms
Knowledge of model customization techniques such as fine‑tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, reinforcement learning, or preference optimization
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with a passion for turning data into meaningful outcomes
Preferred
Contributions to AI/ML research or open‑source projects are a plus
