Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
Develop and enhance analytical models and what-if scenarios to predict business outcomes
Create metrics and dashboards to measure performance and guide data-backed decisions
Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams
Lead and manage small to mid-sized data or business analysis projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
4+ years of relevant experience in data or business analysis
Advanced understanding of analytical methods, modeling techniques, and performance measurement
Strong communication and presentation skills to influence key stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and Visio (or similar tools)
