Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Analyzing M&A documents, including financial statements and purchase agreements
Assisting with drafting insurance quotes, binders, and policies
Directly supporting senior underwriters on live M&A deals
Managing a consistent pipeline of M&A deal flow
Engaging and communicating with insurance brokers, lawyers, and accountants
Attending industry events, networking opportunities and team outing
