Responsibilities

Provide CPR, First Aid, and AED training for all staff and community partners, including certification, recertification, and remediation training as needed
Maintain current instructor certification and knowledge of all training standards, policies and materials related to CPR/First Aid/AED instruction
Ensures training equipment (e.g. mannequins, AED equipment, first aid supplies) is properly maintained, sanitized, and functional prior to and after training sessions
Supports compliance with organization policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to health and safety
Collaborates with the Center team to support ongoing training initiatives as deemed necessary and appropriate
Travels to designated training sites as required including all BHN locations

Qualification

CPR/First Aid/AED CertificationPublic SpeakingHigh School DiplomaReliable Transportation

Required

High School Diploma or GED (required)
Experience in public speaking Infront of large groups (required)
Current CPR/First Aid/AED from American Red Cross Instructor Certification (required once hired)
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to community locations
