Responsibilities

Support with operational tasks in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
Maintain information and tracking in CRM Database
Assist with coordinating meetings, volunteer activities, meeting notes
Support prospect research initiatives for new business
Project management support for Boston Children's Corporate Cup event
Attend a 2-day program orientation and onboarding
Participate in virtual and in-person workshops and activities

Required

You are an undergraduate college student in good academic standing and will be enrolled in a two-or four-year program for Fall 2026, and you are interested in working in healthcare

You can: communicate effectively, work independently and part of a team, manage time effectively
