Sales Engineer
CyberForce Global is an early-stage cybersecurity startup building next-generation MDR/SOC capabilities powered by AI. They are seeking a Sales Engineer to play a pivotal role in enabling customers to understand the value of their platform and driving technical wins throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-value engagements with enterprise and mid-market customers
Translate customer pain points into technical solutions aligned with the company’s MDR/SOC AI capabilities
Partner closely with the Sales team to drive opportunities from qualification to technical close
Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to help shape roadmap priorities
Deliver compelling technical presentations tailored to each customer’s environment
Support RFP/RFI responses and architect scalable customer solutions
Act as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in cybersecurity, ideally within MDR, SOC, SIEM, incident response, threat detection, or adjacent domains
Excellent communication skills with an ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Proven success supporting enterprise or mid-market sales cycles
Must be based on the East Coast US (EST time zone)
Preferred
Hands-on understanding of AI-driven or automation-led SOC/MDR tooling is highly preferred
Prior startup experience—comfortable building processes, wearing multiple hats, and moving fast
