Analyze financial statements and provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Develop dashboards and improve management reporting for leadership
Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency
Support system integration and automation of financial workflows
Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to align financial strategy with business goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
5+ years of progressive finance experience, with consulting or advisory background preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with executives and cross-functional teams
